The Maltsters is the ideal place to stay and relax. Situated in the most beautiful
spot on Bow Creek and close to all that is happening on the water plus the many interesting
places to visit and things to do near by. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers
and just escaping from the hustle and bustle of a hectic life.
We offer 6 individual rooms all en-suite with TV, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.
We also offer an 8 bed bunk room and 2 basic rooms with a shared bathroom and a full
hearty English or continental breakfast is included with all rooms. We pride ourselves
on the excellent customer service we give, so please ask us if you have any special
requests or requirements.
All of our rooms are en-suite, with sky tv and tea and coffee making facilities.
THE NIGHTINGALE - Our largest room The Nightingale is beautifully decorated with
riverside and quay views. The giant bed and lounge area with views across Bow Creek
and splendid old wooden furniture still do not fill this huge room with its serene
tones. The bathroom is splendid with a vast, freestanding Victorian style bath and
a separate shower. There is also a sofa bed for a child or an additional guest if
you so wish.
FLOYDS INN - Light, bright and airy, double room Floyds Inn, decorated in calming
blues has fabulous views over Bow Creek. All of our rooms are named after well loved
pubs in the UK and this room is a tribute to The Maltsters Arms previous flamboyant
owner, celebrity chef Keith Floyd. En-suite with separate bath and shower. There
is also a sofa bed for a child or an additional guest if required.
THE BLACK HORSE - Although The Black Horse is a little smaller than the others, this
room is a very well sized double with en-suite bathroom and a shower you won't want
to get out of. Although no river views, the room is still incredibly relaxing with
its rich lilac decor and vintage furnishings.
THE RADNOR ARMS - Another well sized, comfortable room with super king size bed,
seating area and quayside views. Well sized en-suite bathroom with a bath and attached
shower. There is also a sofa bed for a child or an additional guest if required.
THE DUKE OF YORK - The Duke of York is a lovely cosy, well priced double with Sky
TV, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite shower room. After a peaceful sleep
in the oh so comfortable bed, you are only 10 seconds away from the fantastic views
over bow creek.
